Master Plan 2031 Map: YEIDA + GNIDA-I, GNIDA-II

THIS IS AN OLD MAP WHICH WAS IN CIRCULATION AROUND MARCH 2010. I M NOT IN A POSITION TO OBJECT TO THE AREA OF YEIDA BUT AS FAR AS GNIDA PHASE II IS CONCERNED WHAT IS SHOWN IN THIS MAP IS INCORRECT. THE COMPLETE AND FINAL MAP WHICH WAS FINALISED IN FEB 2011, IS DISPLAYED AT YEIDA OFFICE GAMMA-II IN ITS MANAGER-PROPERTY CABIN.

THE MAP SHOWN IN YEIDA FILE SECTION IS DEFINITELY AN OLD ONE.

We have uploaded the MASTER PLAN - 2031 YEIDA in our file section of
YEIDA.ORG website. The main change has been, more land has been
allotted to the Proposed Jewar Airport.

Dear Dinesh,

It seems you are confusing this map to another map which came into circulation in mid 2009... which I uploaded on Google groups. The map you have mentioned consisted only of Noida 2021, Greater Noida 2021 (Phase I & II) and YEIDA 2021. However, this map is much more from that one. This map consists of Delhi, Noida 2031, Greater Noida 2021 (Phase I & II), YEIDA 2031, Faridabad city, Faridabad Dist., Ghaziabad Dist., Bulandshar Dist., Aligarh Dist., parts of Gurgaon Dist. and Mathura Dist.

The point Arnab was trying to emphasis was that the main difference in map of YEIDA 2021 & YEIDA 2031 is that earlier only Sector 9, consisting of 2314 ha, was reserved for projected Taj Aviation Hub, whereas now, Sectors 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 & 12 have been merged to form one huge single sector, consisting of approximately 10,000 ha.

Arnab, in his post, had clearly mentioned the title as “Master Plan 2031 Map – YEIDA”, signifying the changes in Yamuna Expressway City. All are requested to kindly see the difference in the size of reserve land for the aviation hub, proposed in 2021 map and 2031 map.

The members of this forum are the first to see the changes, even though, the authority is yet to announce the launch of new map.

Master plan 2031-YEIDA is an excellent map and update on the previous information. Arnab needs to be congratulated for this and the other map. As Safal said this is the privileged forum for being the first to have and view these maps.
No wonder, the group/forum is becoming popular transgressing many limits with which such groups/forums suffer.
