NBCC Town Khekra, Phase-I

Hi,

NBCC has come up with a scheme in Khekra.

The last dat to apply is 10Jan'12

I visited the site last week,

The approach road from Loni was very congested but the site was good and construction was in full swing.

Can any one suggest the prospects in this area.?

I am looking purely for investment.

2 years ago, we had some discussion on NBCC Khekra Flats on couple of threads and during those days, immediate returns on these flats were not good. Do a search on NBCC.

If u want to go, please go for resale as people were willing to sell at almost no premium those days.. So plz spend time before blocking as its not like Noida or Delhi or GGN

For investment this is a good option, less amount to invest and can fetch good returns after 3-4 years.

For short term it may not give good return but for long run...it is very good..
