where to submit challan of residential deposits

Sir,
My allotment no is YEA014411 and according to authority letter my
deposite of challan is to Bank of India, Greater Noida.
But, due to website of http://yamunaexpresswayauthority.com/, I have
seen following point
"
Authorized Bank & Branches for Residential Deposits
Oriental Bank of Commerce
From Allotment Nos. YEA000001 to YEA004175
HDFC Bank
From Allotment Nos. YEA004176 to YEA017000
Bank of India
From Allotment Nos. YEA017001 to YEA021000
"
Please say that where (in which bank) to submit challan of
residential deposits next month.

Dear Ruchi,

 

I’m told by the sources within the authority that due to logistical problems the authority has now assigned (post allotment) following banks for all future payments:

 

Oriental Bank of Commerce: Allotment No. YEA000001 to Allotment No. YEA004175

These allotment numbers includes all plots of:

(1) 4,000 sq. mt. (125 plots)

(2) 2,000 sq. mt. (300 plots),

(3) 1,000 sq. mt.(1,250 plots)

(4) 500 sq. mt. (2,500 plots)

 

Total of 4,175 plots... all falling between Allotment No. 000001 to Allotment No. 004175.

 

Further, the authority has divided 16,825 plots of 300 sq. mt. in two parts and distributed them between HDFC Bank and Bank of India, thus:

 

(1) HDFC Bank: From Allotment No. YEA004176 to Allotment No. YEA017000 (12,825 plots of 300 sq. mt.)

(2) Bank of India: From Allotment No. YEA017001 to Allotment No. YEA021000 (4,000 plots of 300 sq. mt.)

 

As your allotment No. is YEA014411, you should henceforth submit all future payments at HDFC Bank, unless and un-till any further notice by the authority.

 

Hopefully, the explanation would have clarified all your doubts.

Please guide me my allotment no is around 16300 which is below 17000 .
So it Land in HDFC bank criteria..... But on my allotment letter it is
Bank Of India, Beta , Greater Noida.

I have been depositing my payments in BOI , Beta as per my allotment
letter.

is it okay.

Dear Anurag,

 

Go ahead and deposit at HDFC Bank, as according to the new guideline, that’s the bank you are supposed to deposit. Besides, if you were to deposit at HDFC Bank's Sector Alpha-I, Greater Noida branch, they also accept all payments to Bank of India (Essentially, Alpha-I branch accepts payments for any and all 300 sq. mt. plots).
