Queries regarding residential plot advertisement RRPS-01/2018

Dear All,

I successfully applied for residential plot in scheme RRPS-01/2018. Please clarify the following:

• RRPS-01/2018 Advertisement shows residential plots will be available in sector 17, 18, 20 and 22-D, but the computer generated application forms allots sector 17 only. Whether the sector will change while opening the lottery system or it is fixed now?

• Advertisements also shows that allotted property will be 5-7kms within radius of Jewar airport, but map shows that sector 17 is much more far away from Jewar airport. What is actual location and correct distance from jewar airport?

yes..sector can change..also size of plot too depends on sector..here you have not mentioned for which size of plot you have applied..so may be for the size of plot you have applied is available in sec 17 only...

regarding jeewar airport, till now not even survey is completed..then possession of land from farmers.. then compensation to be paid..then legat transfer of land from farmers..then 

design and plan of airport to be approved..then lots of ministry comes into picture from environment to aviation...so it depends on will of govt how fast they can do all these things...

since election we may listen very tall promises of starting jeear airport  in 2-3 years but i have my own reservations

Dear All

Important point to be noticed here is that the authority is promising 300 sq m plots in sectors 20 and 18 as well while they have not as yet given possesion to allottees of 2009 scheme.

I will appreciate if someone can interpret how authority is promising plots in sectors 18 and 20 when they have not fulfilled their obligation to the 2009 allottees till now.

          Thanks for replying. Me and my friends have applied for 3 plots in total. Each in 120 sq mtr, 162sq mtr and 300 sq mtr. All are showing as sector 17.

YEIDA allotted plots in sectors 18 and 20 in their scheme launched in 2009. The plots have not been delivered yet, we are only getting promises of delivery at some future date despite having paid the full amount (except for the last installment of the enhanced compensation).

And now the same authority is guaranteeing to deliver plots in sectors 18 and 20!

It seems when we apply online it default to sector 17.  There was no option to select any Sector while submitting online..

Today I have contacted teliphonically they have stated that application are under screening and eligibility list wiil be uploaded tommorow, and as per information available atpresent draw will be on 20/12/2018 as informed earlier.

Any update on how we will get the refund for an unsuccessful candidate (Name not appeared in lucky draw) ?

Dear Mr. Vineet,

         Kindly refer to the clause number 7(ii) of the Brochure for RRPS-01/2018 provided by YEIDA. It is mentioned that, the Authority will refund the money in less than 12 months from the date of draw. And they will refund directly into the bank account, as mentioned in the clause 7(iii).

Good morning Everyone,
I would like to happily inform that I am allotted with a 120sqmtr plot in Sector 18 and block 7D. But sadly, I could not find my Plot number in the MAPS provided by Yeida. My plot number is greater than 600 and I believe that the plot numbers greater than 500 itself are not shown in the maps.
Kindly suggest the solution for following queries:
1. Whether Yeida will update the maps or I will be allocated with a different plot number in near future. The Link of the MAPS is http://www.yeida.org/maps.

2. What are the tentative dates for the receipt of allotment letter?

Pocket 7A to 7E of Sector 18 have been shifted from the site shown in these maps. In these old maps, there was no plot, below 300sqm size.
