IMAGE 2 --- Good News: Huge relief for allottees of pockets 7-A, 7-B, 7-C, 7-D, 7-E & 7-F...

Dear All,

 

Finally there is EXCELLENT NEWS for the allottees of pockets 7-A, 7-B, 7-C, 7-D, 7-E & 7-F. The authority has relocated their plots, and relocated in excellent locations.

 

To understand the significance and importance of this relocation and why it is a matter of such joy... one must understand the earlier location of these pockets. Earlier all these pockets were not only located in the last end of Sector 18, they were also located in the land of Bhatta Village, which is mired with worst litigation and there seems no early end to such litigations. Therefore, the authority decided to relocate all 6 pockets. And relocate they did... and did in excellent locations. All 6 pockets have been relocated in the NORTH (Pocket 7-B to 7-F are now located close to 130 mtr wide ring road, thereby brining them many kilometres closer to the Yamuna Expressway) and WEST (Pocket 7-A is now closest pocket of 300 sq mtr plots to Yamuna Expressway, surpassing Pocket I and Pocket J).

 

That is the GOOD news. Now a bit of NOT SO GOOD news. All these pockets will take about 18 to 24 months to develop. However, that still is better than not knowing when pocket 7 would get developed, had it still being in the old location.

 

So, many CONGRATULATIONS to the allottees of pockets 7-A, 7-B, 7-C, 7-D, 7-E & 7-F.
