Joint Petition in National Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum

Dear All,

As you are aware by now that some Allottees of YEIDA 2009 scheme have shown interest to file a joint case in National Consumer Forum (Details of such allottees is pasted in the mail body, as well as attached in the mail). In this context, meeting was held with Mr P Gautam (Legal Advisor YEIDA) & Advocate Mr Subhranshu Padhi ( Advocate in Consumer Case no 426 of 2013 Atul Maheshwari & Others V/s YEIDA).

Meeting with Mr Priyanshu Gautam at YEIDA Office was helpful regarding that :-
(1) YEIDA will not extend the benefit granted by National Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum  to all 21000 allottees.
(2) He was evasive/non committal that YEIDA "might" consider some relief to allottees in next meeting.

Meeting with Adv. Subhranshu Padhi at his office D129, Panchsheel Enclave, New Delhi :-
(1) He agreed in principle to take up the case.
(2) Assured that this petition will not take much time as judgement has already been delivered in identical case.

(3) Second meeting with Adv. Mr Subhranshu is planned at 11am next Saturday (5th December) at his office. I request you all to Update the interested allottee list attached herewith so that it can be shared with Adv. Mr Subhranshu. My apologies if I missed the name or details of any member.

(4) Interested allottees are welcome to attend the meeting on 5th December.

Kindly share your doubts or suggestions which can be taken up in this meeting.
(4) A Whatsapp Group can be created for interested Litigants & the Advocate so that we can interact directly with each other in future.

That is not true. The said clause read as “The possession of the allotted plot will be handed over only after deposition of 75% of the total premium (inclusive of the registration money) of the allotted plot in each case”.

 

That is not a promise to provide possession after 75% payment of the premium. Please consult a good lawyer who doesn't agree with whatever you say, instead, presents the truth and facts, as they should be presented by a good and intelligent lawyer.

Like I said before, all these emails are fabricated to create a fall impression that a huge number of allottees are interested in being part of the case.

 

Following is CURRENT details of the person who wrote this email.

Right now it is 8.20 PM and this email was written at 2.55 PM... whereas, the account was created at 2.42 PM.

So, essentially, this person registered at 2.42 PM and 13 minutes later, at 2.55 PM, sent this email expressing interest in being part of the case.

It is now up to the wisdom of members to understand that a huge number of people expressing their interest to be part of the case are actually fabricated mails to create a false impression on other members of this forum, leading them to believe that the so called case has huge merit and therefore more and more people should join the case.

My request to one and all... PLEASE be careful and watchful for such bogus posts and think 10 times before taking any serious step.

Another example of fake profiles being created on YEIDA Google Group, and then fake mails of interest being sent in the group to entice others to join the said case.

 

This email too was sent just minutes after the profile was created.

 

Please be careful. It seems a lot of activities are taking place with maliced intent.

we already have list of original alottees and anyone who wants to become a member should be asked to show evidence in form of any authorised document to claim membership of this group. I believe such a practice will eventually restrict new profiles being created with vested interests.
