That is your perception and you are entitled to it.

As for Sector 18 & 20 doing badly, I believe there have been multiple reasons for the same. Mainly liquidity crunch.

Please tell which parts of India has seen spectacular growth in the last 3-4 years?

Extreme slowdown in realestate is not a local phenomenon. Please don't make this place sound worse than it is.

The entire country is reeling under correction / deflation in realestate prices.

Only Neta is in fayda both economically and politically.

I have seen and experienced that such soul killing places usually never rewards. Even f you get some money will actually be ruining your future.

Sir there is no guarantee even. 
Liquidity crunch for Governments is a joke..... They will loot further

As far as litigations are concerened they are tailor made and upon advise by bureacrats and politicians only.

You said YEIDA killed many. That is extremely serious claim. Where is the proof?

How many were killed? When were they killed. Where w're they killed. Who killed them?

Not just that. You made many other objectionable statements. Onus of providing proof is on you. Not on anyone else.

Are buyers of other private builders in yeida not killed ? Are you killed physically only. Ifbyou ask a jaypee buyer one will immediately admit that they are killed.
