Hi,

    i also have a plot in upcountry ... but still waiting for registry as the builder is delaying on ground of legal formalities.

    i hope the future of this project is good but taking lots of time ..... 

    i think we need to create a separate RWA for upcountry members

Hi,

 

I also have a 100 sq yard plot in Supertech Upcountry. Last week only I receiverd communication for possesion from Supertech and in Full and Final Account details they have added some desenct amount as possession charges. I not able to to understand what is it...even they have already recoverd EDC(extra developemnet charges i.e. including electricity charges etc.) now at the time of possesion they are demanding possesion charges as well which also include electricity cahrges,water charges etc.

 

Please let me know what are these charges and how logical are these ???
