YERWA Membership Application Form

Dear All

 

I am proud to announce that we are now initiating sending of “YERWA Membership Application Form” to all those who have sent “Expression of Interest” in the past few months. Over the next two days, we will be sending the membership application form, in PDF format, to each and every individual who has so far expressed his/her desire to join the association. Thereafter, next week we will upload the membership application form in this forum, and hopefully on a website, for all others to download.

 

I pray and request all to seriously consider joining the association, ASAP, as we will need the support of maximum number of people, should we need to represent ourselves in the court of law in the near future. More the members, the better. I also request everyone to kindly pass this information to family and friends, who are owners of residential plot at Yamuna Expressway.

 

We have done enough talk on this forum. Its time now for all of us to unite and do the walk.

I believe you read my post and are aware that “YERWA Membership Application Form” is from Page 5 to Page 8. Kindly see the last page of the form, i.e., page 8. You will find a box containing DECLARATION, to be signed by the willing member. Each person desirous of enrolling as a member of YERWA has to sign the said declaration/undertaking/oath.

Greetings!   I am proud to inform you that “Yamuna Expressway Residential-Plot-Owners Welfare Association (YERWA)” was registered on 22nd September 2011. Page 10-16 are the by-laws of the association.   Please print PAGE 5 to PAGE 8 and send the form to the address provided on page 4.   I request and urge you to kindly do so ASAP as the hearing of cases at Yamuna Expressway may start soon (according to recent news paper reports). Couple of days ago, I’d sent “YERWA Membership Application Form” to all those who’d sent Expression of Interest in the last few months. You will be glad to learn that we have already started receiving completed forms. It is encouraging to know that so many people have understood the need of the hour and reacted quickly. Good initial signs.

 

I am now sending “YERWA Membership Application Form” for all those who could not send Expression of Interest earlier. Please find the same attached with this post. All those who are interested in becoming registered members are requested to kindly complete and send the forms ASAP. It is imperative that we act fast and represent ourselves at Allahabad High Court before it is too late. To the best of my knowledge, all cases at Yamuna Expressway have already been clubbed and will be assigned to a bench next week. The hearing may start sooner than expected.

 

I, therefore, request one and all to quickly complete the form and send it to the address provided on page 4 of the form. We need support of every single person. Please remember, strength is in the numbers and we need to prove that in the court of law.

I realized in early stages of designing the form that every new person, with any interest at Yamuna Expressway, would like to know why, how, when and who formed YERWA. Keeping it in mind, I decided to provide introduction and short prologue on the very first page of the form.

 

Kindly read the form in detail, from page 1 to page 16, and hopefully most of your questions will be answered. If you still have questions, I’ll be glad to answer them.
