Sector 18 Block 7C, 7D & 7E Status

Hello Safalji and Everyone,

I'm having a plot in Sector 18, Block 7E, and awarded under scheme RRPS 01/2018. I heard that sector 18 Block 7C, 7D & 7E are under litigation.

I received following message in one of the WhatsApp groups.

Previously the land of Block-7C, Block-7D, and 7E of sector 18 was allotted to builder thereafter the same was canceled by the authority for nonpayment of further installment and the same land was allotted to us. When the authority started the work of development over there, the builder brought stay from Allahabad high court against the authority and get stopped the development work till further order and now the matter is under litigation, and authority is waiting for further order from Allahabad high court for vacating the said stay order.

If anyone is having any update then please share.

Dear Mr. Gupta,

Yes. It is true. 

I have written about it earlier too. The Authority is awaiting court's direction.

Though, I'd like to mention again, that the builders haven't paid any amount other than allotment money, and therefore there is a good chance that the builders would loose the case.

Judgement is expected soon.

My plot is also in sec.18 pocket 7D I have written a mail to authority on 8 june and they have replied me as below

महोदय अवगत कराना है कि पाॅकेट 7D सैक्टर 18 में विकास कार्य प्रगति पर है विकास कार्य पूर्ण होने पर (लगभग 06 माह में) कब्जा दिया जाना प्रस्तावित है 

उक्त योजना अंतर्गत जिन पाॅकेट में  विकास कार्य पूर्ण हो गए हैं वहां लीज ङीङ कराने हेतु आवंटियो को पत्र प्रेषित कर दिये गये हैं जिसके उपरांत ही कब्जा दिया जाना प्रस्तावित है

i would request you to throw some light on the status of 6C pocket of sector 18.  I was allotted a 300 mtr plot in 2009 and paid all instalments and got ALT as well.  But not heard anything from the Authority on possession.

Once courts decision is pending since 2012.How the authority is allotting plots in these pocket's. The authority is registered in UPRERA.If we file a complained in RERA from there we may get suitable answer.

I spoke to Shri Keshav at Yieda just few days ago. 

He never said our plot at 7C pocket is under any litigation. He said due lock down, the development is delayed and by December, posession will be given. 

Was, he giving wrong information? If yes why?

I only asked about 7C sec 18 and not other pockets 7D or other.

Block ka hi kuch ata pata ni he avi toh. Rest there is a legal suit filed for areas under 7D 7E by a builder. Authority people say, case me dum ni he bt still the entire area is under stay from court so no development there. Wait for at least 3 to 5 years.

My father was allotted a 300 sqm plot in block 2(c) sector-18 under 2009 scheme, but there is no update on that. We have not received any letter for the registry of that plot. We asked about that in YIEDA office but they have always responded that it will take 3-6 months.

It would be really helpful if you can share some information about that.
