Dear All,

 

(1) Please find attached “Proposed Map of Sector 18 & 20”. This map includes all 21,000 plots allotted by Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority.

 

(2) A new development took place after this map was created. The authority purchased a strip of land in Sector 19 from Jaypee company and built a straight road to Block I and Block J in Sector 18. This road is almost 70% complete and functional. As a result of this road, now Block I and Block J are closest to the expressway.

 

PLEASE SEE ATTACHED IMAGE: The PURPLE line on the attached image represents Yamuna Expressway, RED line represents the new road that I just mentioned, YELLOW line represents the 24 mtr wide sector roads adjoining I & J blocks and the GREEN line represents the proposed road that is yet to be constructed.

 

(3) You will also note that the new road in question starts exactly from EXIT No. 3 of Yamuna Expressway, bringing 300 sq mtr plots in I & J blocks, closest to the expressway, thereby making them quickest to be accessed (least distance from the Expressway and least distance from the Exit No. 3).

 

YOU MAY LIKE TO CORRELATE THE SAME WITH THE MAP ATTACHED.

 

(4) Also, the very first 300 sq mtr plots being given possession of, are in Block I and J.

 

These developments are expected to generate much demand for the said plots in Block I & J.

The map uploaded by you is incorrect. I have been allotted a plot in Block - F, plot no. 395 It's not marked in map. Also I found some of the plot number (specific to Sector 20, Block F) repetitive attaching the screen shot for the same. The circle marked in greens are the repetitive one.

Yes. You are correct.

Believe it or not, this map was provided by the authority.

I simply scanned it, put a transparent layer on it and traced it. Made it colourful, marked each plot and saved it in PDF format.

There are many other errors. At places plot numbers are completely missing.

But this is all that I have.

If you find this map as incorrect, kindly contact the authority and get a map from there.
