Today my loan with LIC was approved but there are certain issues in
it.
As per my broker
a) A form named " Deed of GURANTEE" need to be signed by Gurantor. It
is of 9 page. It is in addition to two page Gurantor's introduction
form
b) PTM from YEIDA need to be taken on Stamp Paper of Rs 100
c) Gurantor also need to sign on Blank Stamp paper of Rs 100
As per him all Stamp paper need to be in name of LIC Housing
Moreover LIC has charged charges @ 1%. I thought it should have been .
5%
Does any body have any idea of above points. Does same thing happened
with them also ?
Letter on Blank Stamp Paper / Indemnity bond is normally done of Rs 50
Non Judicial Stamp Paper. This is a dangerous practice and should be
avoided.
Take care,
Arnab M
