challan missing..!!!!!

dear all

 

today i visited to authority to see my payment details.i found only few people probably class 4 personnals in property

dept.manager was not present untill 11 am.

i asked them about my payment details.one of them brought my file from inside .i was stunned to see that my two challans

(7/2010 and 1/2012) were missing from the file.i asked him the reason and he told me that its not their mistake and they havent received

the challan dated  1/2012 till now from bank.

for challan 7/2010 its missing from all the alloties file not just mine as told by him and the reason is some legal or litigation matter.

i have written one application regarding the issue addresing property manager,recived a copy and returned back.

 

i advice all of you who havnt visited authority,please go personnaly and check your status by your own to avoid consequences.

 

i have attached duplicate copy of challans to my file what were missing from the file..

Can you please share the address where you had gone to check your payment status. Is this same place in Noida where we are depositing our amount i.e. yamuna express office in Beta 2 .

I think Janurary challan are missing for every body, Even for me last
Jan payment was not there in my file(They said they have not started
putting Jan Payment in file as office shift was going on) Just for
safer side, I took zerox of Jan challan and attached that zerox copy
in my file, Dnt forget to self attest that zerox copy. Thanks.

We dont have to panic at all. Just retain your copy of Challan and
receipt with you carefully. present thm at the time of any final
dealing from the authority. They will have to honour those recipts and
correct their records.

Hi, I am confused, as I have only challans as payment proof. I dont
think there give you any recipt when u submit draft with the bank. Can
you please throw light on this.

Very true, seems we have developed this very bad habit of distrust and
pessimistic outlook these days.......otherwise no one can think of
doubting the payment through an authorized bank.
I really wonder and pity for the guy who went there to enquire if the
chalans had reached the authority or not. ....it shows the guy does
not know true value of a bank and secondly it shows that the guy has
no other fruitful work.


The real worry for everyone should be how the current UP government
will react to the expectations of YEA people becuase this was
Mayawati's dream project. So much will depend on current government
outlook but again more than anyone of us JAYPEE should worry about it.


So relax and please do not spread negative outlook. Use this platform
to spread positive and authentic information.

Anant ji, Even i was lease bothered till online web portal was
working, So keeping in mind its govt dept and how govt officer works,
its better to check with them for all payments, You must have heard
about this Savari apne samaan ki khud jimmedar ha.....

Dear Rohitji,

Please do not worry even if the payment is not updated because in bank
account the payment is credited and no one can deny this claim. If
authority does bother you regarding payment, then, consumer court is
always open to file complaint against any harassment.

All that is important is to keep the copy of chalan and even if you
have lost it, do not worry because bank will give you proof that
amount has been creditted.

i think you assume yourself very genious and inteligent and others are fool.if one wants to go to authority and check his his record 

why do you have problems.i think you work in some bank and it must be very fruitful to you but not for me.people like you are ready to go

consumer court but not authority and surprisingly you claim to be optimistic.

All,

We should respect everyone's sentiment and value for hard earned money. Personally, I don't see any issue in checking one's record.

After few years, if the records are missing, it will be very difficult to trace thinks back.

In today's world n nos of frauds happen, So can with bank challan - Infact I remember banks have done some changes in challan to stop some fraudulent practice some time back.

Dear All with special reference to Mr. Ram,
To begin with please accept my apologies if i hurt your sentiments, it
wasn't meant to offend anyone, after all we have no personal grudge
and have same wishes that we do not face any problems with regard to
our plots. In hindsight, i understand that i might have crossed that
