Need info about Ghaziabad Madhuban Bapudham scheme

HI Everyone 

I know this is not the right platform to search about this but still I am doing so as there are many knowledgeable person who have better insight about reality market.

I have been allotted a 2 BHK flat in  Madhuban Bapudham scheme for 36 L. I would like to know 

 1.  Is this a good opportunity as investment point of view?

 2. What are the future prospects of this township?

 3. How much appreciation can be expected 5-7 years down the line?

Bapudham will be a very good sector after few years. So its definitely advisable to hold this property atleast for 3-4 years. You will get very good return here.
