Dear All,

Recently I have been receiving a lot of emails on my personal email id, from members of this forum requesting to know the direction and location of their plot(s). So far, I have been diligently replying, but its becoming a major time consuming effort and practically impossible to reply to everyone in time. Therefore and in order to provide desired information to curious members, I have sent a detailed joint map of Sector 18 and Sector 20 (in PDF format), to Arnab and he has already uploaded the same on yeida.org. The said map was custom made by my company for our internal/self use only. I have had the map water marked with my name and number so that this map is not stolen by others, as has been the case in the past, when some people copied the map I uploaded, water marked their own name and then uploaded them to other websites.

As the map is in Vector Graphic (PDF), it can be zoomed in (6400 %) to get excellent details of the location and surroundings of each and every plot. However, since the map contains all 21,000 plots and much more information, the file size is 13 MB, so it may take a while to download. Anyone interested can download the map from the link provided at http://www.yeida.org/maps

Two important points:

1. The directions (North, East, West and South) provided in the said map are slightly different to the directions provided on the map issued by YEA. Thanks to Arnab, who brought the fact to my notice, we have tweaked the directions of our map by matching Bhamba Canal on the map to Bhamba Canal on Google Earth, to achieve correct and precise direction.

2. Please read the Disclaimer on the map. This map is only to assist you and other viewers to get an idea of the location and direction of the plot/block/pocket.

Once again, anyone who wish to know the direction and location of their plot may kindly refer to the map. Remember, as the file size is 13 MB, it may take a while to download.

Link to Download the map: http://www.yeida.org/maps

Cheers...

Safal ji ,

Is it also possible to update the direction on the YEIDA MAP on the
front page of this site. It appears to be skewed to the right and the
right direction of this map should be NORTH . Correct if its right

ALOK
