Hello Everyone,

I am looking to make the first instalment here. Has anyone tried this yet ? The only thing that is bothering me is payment deducted from my account and not being updated in YEA portal. 

I would love to hear someone's tryst with this portal.

I've not received the demand letter yet. Please help me to find answers of these questions.

• Do they need the copy of demand letter ?
  
• Did you deposited the money here - "Bank of Baroda, First Floor, Commercial Complex, Block-P-02, Sector-Omega-1, Greater Noida, Dist - G.B. Nagar" ?
  
• Can you also share what mode of payment is being accepted - cash, cheque, DD ? 
  
• Does the allottee have to visit the bank in person ?

The online payment is very safe , from last 2 times many peoples are doing online payment, it is very hassle free and Continent to use.

You will instantly get the receipt also.

As still there are 10 days left , and Safal Ji and Team is going for filling petition against this raised demand i think we can still wait for a week before making payment

Though i personally thought that there is very faint chances for any notification to come to delay the hiked demand at this time, It may or may not come.

The choice is of individual now , whether to pay now or wait for few days.

There definitely is. When you click on ICICI Payment gateway, you have to select 'NetBanking' (last option) and then choose Bank from the drop down list.

You can make a payment through Debit Card as well. However it should be verified for online payments. For this you can try making the payment and it will ask you to verify the card, therein you can select an OTP or password to verify it.

All,

I paid online using netbanking today and it was smooth. Receipt generated online has all the allotee details and has authority name etc. Credit card payment is an option but service charges are very high - you will end up paying close to 2000/- for your online payment - whereas netbanking will cost you 30-40 bucks.

I did pay for the first time using the ONLINE facility for my July instalment. The process was quite smooth with the ICICI payment gateway and the receipt was generated immediately. The only issue that I see is that this payment is still not updated on the portal under the 'Deposit amount' category on 'Payments Schedule' section; not sure why it is taken them so long. The 'Online transactions history' section is showing this payment as success.

On the YEIDA website, Yamunaexpresswayauthority.com, you will have to  make your account in 'Online Property accounts system' (one of the boxes on the right side); there in the  'Dues Schedule' tab, you will find the online payment gateway and the link.

I paid my extra compensation - 1st Inst online. The receipt also got generated immediately.

Questions are:

- While paying, from the drop down reference, I did select extra compensation - 1st Inst option and paid. However, when the receipt gets generated,in the receipt under the heading Name of Code (Pay type) it states Inst20. Is that ok? I hope the money goes under the correct heading...

- By when does this start getting reflecting in the online payment schedule?

I'll suggest to go to authority and get your payment physically verified and updated in tour file. I'm sure it's a lot of money for us middle class allottees and can't be risked.The file update will also pave way for future online payments.

I have made the payment online using YEIDA site and have the ICICI receipt in my mail of payment received into YEIDA account.

Steps

1) Go to http://yamunaexpresswayauthority.com/

2) click on online account systems on right side

3) create your account if u do not have one

4) authorize your account by checking your email and change password

5) once logged in , click on the TABS "dues scheduled"

6) go at the bottom and put the amount as 99750 and select extra compensation inst1 from the dropdown

7) click pay

8) go to next screen and use the Payonline option

9) select bank

10) reach the bank paymentment gateway

11) Pay now

Be ready with your debit card so that you can give the 3 digit security authorization and pay.

Wolla - done

You get the mail on your registered email , if you have not. received the mail,  after payment gateway , there is an option to open receipt in pdf format.

I made it today, however there was some timing issue between my bank and YEIDA system and it resulted that amount was deducted but merchant gateway error occured and it ended up being listed as incomplete payment in yeida site.

Hello Mr. Verma,

I am afraid, if the amount is deducted from your account you would have to contact your bank or YEIDA site with the screenshot or some transaction reference number to get things sorted. May be YEIDA could manually process your payment. As a general rule (as per my personal experience with other websites), payment is automatically credited to the account within 2-3 days.

"Timing issue" seems odd to me unless your internet connection is very slow or YEIDA portal had some issues itself. 

I had deliberately made the payment 3-4 days ago to avoid last minute rush.

I've also made the payment for myself and my friend. No issues in both occasions. The only thing to notice is that the emails from YEIDA goes into spam, rest everything is pretty smooth.
