A while ago, in reply to a request from one of the forum members, I replied that I do not recommend any deed writer as I don’t want to be seen as promoting someone, nor do I want to be responsible for anyone. However, I continue to get over 30-35 calls everyday, requesting me to refer any deed writer that I think is good enough for the task. In spite of my best effort to avoid naming anyone, most continue to persuade me to help them by suggesting a deed writer so that they can get the Agreement-To-Lease registered.
 
On regular basis, I deal with as many as half a dozen deed writers in the area, selecting a particular deed writer depending on the task. So far the person I have dealt with most for getting transfers and other tasks at YEA is Mr. Atul Aggarwal. He is a deed writer at Greater Noida with reasonably decent contacts in YEA and GNIDA. Although, I have not had any major problems or issues with him so far (apart from once-a-while delay), he has been able to deliver and complete the job. It is therefore I am providing his contact details below, for those members of this forum who continue to request for contact details of ANY deed writer.
 
That said, please let me repeat the disclaimer. I am not promoting a single person, nor am I suggesting, in any manner, that Mr. Aggarwal is the best person to deal. He is the person that I deal with for most tasks at YEA. I suggest anyone who is reading this post and like to search/contact a deed writer at YEA to kindly meet other deed writers in the area as well and pick'n'choose to your liking. Please DO-NOT hold me responsible for any good or bad experience in the future. I have no interests, what-so-ever and I DO NOT provide any kind of guarantee while providing his contact details below. Also, I am NOT responsible for him or any other person/deed writer and I am NOT SUGGESTING anyone to contact Mr. Aggarwal.
 
I also suggest anyone contacting Mr. Aggarwal and/or other deed writers to cross check the prices and negotiate them with who-so-ever you choose. Please ask for the breakdown of all expenses.
 
Lastly, a request to those who have already registered Agreement-To-Lease. Kindly tell us your experience, both, good and bad.

What happens to the GST clause and PLC clause?

The way Authority is organized, it would be near impossible to get your work done with peace of mind.

Authority answers all queries correctly, but takes ages to get details. Thus you keep making visits after visits.

Allottees shud follow above, only if they have ample of time.

With Yogi ji in govt, some control is seen with under table amount exhanged. 
Imagine, When coalition gov will come, the amount will surely be jacked up multple fold.

I don't understand why GOV not make it perefectly legal, to pay money against receipt, and allow professionals to extend services? 

Oh! Our gov does not work with this logic. They need money to win elections.

The plots however seems will be enjoyed by next gen only.
