Should i pay my last ECI-8

Hello All,

I am new member of this group.I Have a small doubt regarding last installment (ECI-8). 

In my YEIDA  account it shows "Total Due Amount: RS:  -146443.29 as on 3/19/2019 3:48:33 AM"

That means i have paid extra money. 

Still i should make payment for my last ECI-8?? or this will be deducted from excess money.

Please share your info.

Since the amount mentioned is in negative, authority owes u this much amount.In my opinion , EC8 and other dues will get adjusted against it.

Simple answer. do you think you paid extra? If you did then you should get it back or get it adjusted. The negatives and positives will reflect correctly eventually.

If it is negative no need to pay...(this is not main confusion)

The main confusion is :  this negative balance is after considering zero period benefit. If we use this benefit than the rule is still valid that after using zero period benefit one cannot file any legal case against authority ?

The amount shows negative, because money paid by you put to future schedule, for installments affected due to zero period. Installments that are not otherwise affected due to zero period, must be paid on time. How else one can explain paying excess amount?

They r one sided agreements/affadevits and you can always challenge them in court of law to seek justice provided you have a valid justification
