Dear All, 

I got a plot in Sector 22D allotted to me in the YEIDA RPS 02/2015 scheme. I visited the site and clicked some photos which I have attached with this post.

Has any of the successful candidates,  received the allotment letter? I haven't yet received. What should be the next course of action from my side?

I would also like to interact with other persons who have got plot under this scheme.

Yes, 180 days are given for ATL but it does not mention about possession.

Does it mean that allottee need to wait for possession even after paying Lease Rent ?

If the possession is not given then is it worth to go ahead for Agreement to Lease?

I have talked to Mr Nitin yeida employee they told us that you have to pay:-
11% ATL
5% approx stamp duty
15% approx old charges
Almost 31% they are charging from us. This is to much amount.


But in rps 02/2015 there is no plc charges in the prospectus.
