What is the meaning of NEGATIVE BALANCE AMOUNT in the new online payment system?

Hi,

In the new online payment system, I see negative balances.

Have I paid extra to the authority?

What does this mean?

My last ECI-08 is due.

Any help would be appreciated.

As per YEIDA accounting system, payments made to them are shown as negative since these are their liabilities.

Yes Sir you are right, in my case also, the application money 1 L is not considered and many other debits irrelevant to my plot are also shown.
