YEIDA Launches Online Property Accounts System

Dear All,

I was pleasantly surprised to see the link of the Online Property Accounts System on the YEIDA homepage. I registered on the same and found that the details pertaining to my allotment are correctly reflected. However it still has a lot of glitches. I hope the same are rectified soon. But still I would say Thank Lord for the small mercies.

Able to login, nothing is updated right now.

Secondly the home page says online payment through RTI is available,
but i do not see the option. Can anyone help on this?

Hello All , 

Happy New Year..

I had also the same concern so i spoke to one of the official of YEIDA. He updated me that by 18th Jan we will be able to see the Option to Pay Online Payment of Jan'15 Installment. 

They are in the Process of correcting the other details of Plots, It will take 2 months time to streamline the online property account system.

I could see discrepancy in ownership details, the plot was transferred to my mom in 2010, it still shows the original allottee name. Not sure how to get this corrected. I remember the correct ownership details were shown when we had the working account system link before(long back).

'...payment through RTI...'?? I think you meant RTGS/NEFT, right?

'Pay Online' or 'Print Challan' is still not available, when I tried to do the same, it says:

 The Pay Online & Print Challan functionality will be activated soon.

After 5 yrs, YEIDA atleast managed to show allotment details online, lets hope it won't take another 5 yrs to provide online payment facility.

Am unable to register or log in with older login details. When attempting to register, the portal says it is unable to send verification mail to my email address.At some points it claims that the email address is already registered but won't send password (forgot password option). Any suggestions?

Under the Dues Schedule tab there is some option to Pay Now and in the available note it mentions "Your payment will be adjusted against the FIRST penal interest/interest/instalment/due amount as per terms and conditions of allotment.". So I think this tab can be used to pay the our instalment though I have not used it.

Dear Sir,

Still I think portal is not having the correct information.  The plot was purchased by me and got it transferred in my name in the year 2010 itself but it is still showing the old allottee name.  Also there is no information on already deposited instalments by me.

Any body can put light how can I get the correct details.

I had purchased the plot from the allottee in the year 2010 and registry is done in my name.

But yet here it shows the details of original allottee only, further there is no history of the payments made.

Can anyone confirm me the process to update my name in the yeida website.

Once you log-in, select "Dues Scheduled" link and then goto end of the page where you will find "Choose the Amount to Pay". I have attached a snapshot for reference

When I login to online portal under dues schedule for my payment it shows the due dates as 18th (Jan and July for each year) whereas my allotment letter shows 21st.   I've been following 21st whenever I paid actually, is this a concern?
