Hello Everyone,

I have got my loan approved from PNB HFL....however as far as I have been told to get the loan amount disbursed we need to get a document from authority and i.e. Permission To Mortgage (PTM) and I would this would be required by all who so ever is availing a loan.

So can anyone guide me as to what is the process to get this document from authority, how much time does it take, what all documents are required to get this and whom should we meet for this.

Regards,
Vineet Jain

Dear Vineet,

For avialing the PTM(Permission to Mortgage Letter), you need to approach and contact the Property Department and submit an application for Permission to Mortgage.

The supporting documents are lister under:
1. Original of Lein Letter provided by the Loan Disbursal Bank(i.e PNB Housing Finance) in your case.
2. Copy of Allotment Intimation Letter from YEIDA

Hope this will solve your purpose.

If you can wait, then the waiting period shall be in between 2-3 weeks or if if is required within 2-3 days, then YEIDA personnel will ask to make them pay indirectly.

Dear Mr Vineet,

When i took the same, there was only 1 week left for last date of final payment when bank asked for PTM. FORTUNATELY trhere were many alootees in same situation .
Time was only 2 days. I HAD TO SPEND THE WHOLE DAY BUT GOT IT IN 2 DAYS ONLY.

And with NO 'extra' cost.

Hello Everyone,

Rightly said by Zohebali Khan ........I have been to the authority and have submitted relevant documents for getting NOC. Authority will ask for following documents:

1. An application requesting NOC from authority for loan purpose
2. Original loan Sanction Letter
3. Copy of Allotment Letter

They will take around 10 - 15 days time and then will send a copy of NOC to your banker and another copy to you.

Hello Vineet ji,

Have you received the NOC? if yes, how much time they took?

I am asking because today only my loan has been approved through PNB and I will be applying for NOC on Saturday.

I am afraid, only one week left for payment and process is still in progress.
