our visit to Yamuna Authority office recently

Hi Friends,

We visited Yamuna Expressway Authority office recently as we were visiting Delhi to enquire about the status of our 1000 sq mt, Sec 20, Pocket C plot.

Their office clerk indicated that to avail the Zero Period benefit there is a proforma of the format request letter and an affidavit that needs to be submitted along with attested copies of all paid receipts. Apparently someone sells that outside their office.

But on looking at the affidavit clauses, I wanted to check if there is a way to request availing the zero period benefit without signing the affidavit. The affidavit clauses seem to be strict.

Please let me know what other members are doing on the above issue.

Also, if anyone has any knowledge of the development work, if any happening in Sector 20, it would be helpful. The website seems to indicate that the possession schedule of the same is later half of this year.
