Hapur Pilakhua Development Authority (HPDA) has launched a new
Residential Plots Scheme. HPDA’s Anand Vihar Residential Plots Scheme
has on the offer 212 residential plots in Hapur (Uttar Pradesh).

Is any premium on the HPDA's Anand Vihar Residential Plots scheme
after allotment. If yes, pl. clarify how much is prevailing there ?

Hi 

I don't think that scheme will be worth investing.

The rate of the land in Preet Vihar Yojna and Anand Vihar Yojna (Adjacent to it) can be brought by paying almost negligible premium.

PS: Please confirm with the property dealer in the area.
