Registry of plot in nri township located at Yamuna expressway, 7kms from Pari chowk approx.

Hello,

I wanted to do registry of my plot since last year. Waited in India till March 16, but SDS people of NRI township never came up with dates for registry. They kept postponing it. Now they say that the authority will not register if POA is assigned. Is it true? I have paid all my dues and this thing is going on my nerves.

Is there anything I should be concerned over SDS?

Yes there is issue between sds n Kisan as well authority they r saying registry is not open and the matter is in the court..plse give us time.i too have paid all money 3 year back..I called them yesterday and they replied me in this manner ....we really don't know what is the real issue..plse make sds group and go together at their office they enjoyed with our money and they also charged me interest for late payment but not givinig reliable answer for possession and registry...everywhere fraud is arising god help us.

As on latest update 2 year back registry of my plot already done and even completed the completion construction as well recently.and i think now they are now doing Registry so it may be big issue.We need to stand together we have invested lots of money here but still we are not thinking and that's why they are enjoying but Other group is pain like Jaypee,Amrapali because peoples are fighting who have invested money in these group and we are not.

So best is let us stand together and start fight with SDS, please create WhatsApp groupp and all numbers from this mail thread atleast.

And SDS have not paid his pending amount to YEIDA and YEIDA is asking again and again to SDS for payment. even SDS have not completed his basic construction part no water,no electricity etc.. and according to YEIDA "SDS Project" is completed and SDS have Completion certificate(Completion already Approved by last Corrupt government 2 year back)
