Stamp duty calculation for lease registration

Dear Safal Suri/ Group members

Request to update stamp calculation sheet in current period for LEASE on following points:(Agreement to lease was done in 2010 for RPS01 plots. In 2010 the rate of stamp duty was 5% now it is 7%.)

1- This rate difference of 2% stamp duty has to be paid in Lease registration.

2- Allottee has to pay stamp duty on interest component in payment plan-2(16 installments, Principal amt + interest) even though Agreement to lease was executed.
