i just paid an amount of Rs 49875 through online payment by hdfc netbanking. the amount has been debited but the receipt is not generated. what should i do now. please help. on the payment page it is written Success

HDFC hv thus glitch n it may take a day or two for generation of receipt otherwise take up with bank n email to yea .

same happened with me. it may not cleared through payment gateway but debited from your account. you will automatically get your money back through bank. mean while you may register this issue with bank through helpline no. or e mail.

You can call on this no. 9953400959 (gaurav) from hdfc bank greater noida brach. Call him and confirm with him, if he says that your name is there in the payment list then there is nothing to worry.

Just produce your bank statement to YEA and get your duplicate receipt for that payment. Maximum YEA can ask about indemnity bond for the same receipt as lost.That's all. It's not a big issue

Hv you chkd ur online payment history ? Does it say failed transaction or incomplete transaction ?
But if money hs bn deducted from ur ac ,write to yea query as well spk to them !

Dear All,
Could someone please clarify, whether the last for payment (30th April) be extended as the last three days are Bank holidays (i.e. 28th to 30th April, on account of being 4th Saturday, Sunday & Gazetted Holiday of Budh Purnima).
It is expected from the YEIDA that not only they should extend the last date by minimum three days, but also should not charge late payment penalty, as the last three days are banking holidays also.

Going by past experience, YEA has never extended the payment date.
So, it'll be safe to assume YEA will continue with the same policy this time around.

I just paid my ECI-06 installment on time i received also receipt but till date its not reflecting in our account. I tried to call customer contact number but not able to connect their number. Anyone facing this type situation, what should i do now..?

Similar situation here. It has been 1 month since we paid ECI-06 and the receipt was generated. Till date it is not reflecting on the portal.
Sent email to Queries and they responded saying it would be done and asked us to wait.
