I am planning to go to YEIDA Authority on coming Saturday(3rd Mar 2012) for checking\confirming all the paid installments so far and make sure that the plot has been transferred to my name successfully.

 

Can you please confirm the few things below?

 

1) YEIDA address and timing?

 

2) Who is the contact person?

 

3) What all docs need to carry?

Hello Sharad,

1. Saturady : Authority is not working.
2. You must carry all the copies of Bank Chalan (in case it is not
updated in your file give a self attested copy of Bank reciept) and
copy of allotment letter.
3. Address: 1st floor, Beta-II Commercial Complex, Greater Noida (near
greater Noida Authority)
4. I don't remeber the name of person, but you can anyone that you
want to see your file (they may ask for your ID for veryfication).
This room is at second floor and fisrt on the left as you go
upstairs.
