Simple info for all, I've not seen any of their projects completing or
rather even taking off,

They have some land bank little after Tronica on the way to baghpath,
and that piece of land has not given any remarkable returns for last
30 years !!!

Further 500 Sqyd is not called a farm and it's not cheap at all
keeping location in mind!

So invest if you need to but after due delligence....

also iam not aware of this project,but land rates in that area are not
cheap ,most of the area around tronica city is under notification by
govt for aquisition,people are fooling by selling land under
notification.....as far are tronica city is concerned after a initial
hike in rates,its now stagnant..:

No plz don't get confused!

It's almost 5-10 Km from Tronica if they are talking of same piece of
land, where these guys were trying to sell Industrial and residential
plots almost 3-4 years before, which never catched investor/user fancy.
