the online portal is gone live today, its s good side.

However if you see the records, they have completely put so many other stuff which is very confusing ... check yours and share your experience.

But when I clicked on Register, and entered my Allotment Number and email address on the window, I got a mail about the password to be used.

Dear all, 

I just made eci 08 payment using new portal , APS  and it worked fine. They have shown - 5200 rs against my account  , which I deducted from eci 08 , and paid rest, after confirmation from help desk. The APS has more accurate information , with corrections , which was not available in previous portal.

Hello Safal,

There are 2 sections in the new portal under payment schedule. Part(A) before zero period and Part(B) after zero period. This doesn't make any sense because most of us didn't avail any zero period benefit. Also, the extra amount shown before zero period like "EXCESS AREA AMOUNT" "INTEREST ON EXCESS AREA CONVERSION AMOUNT" "EXCESS AREA CONVERSION CHARGES" is converted to "ALLOTMENT MONEY" "INST-01" "INST-02" after zero period. Could you please help get a clarification on this? Attaching screen shots for comparisons.

Look like, wherever PAYMENT is due (shortfall due to whatsoever reason), the same is being adjusted from subsequent PAYMENTS received (from allottee) 

Hence, if POT size increased, the increased amount is being adjusted in given installment (from subsequent paid amount)

The payment list gets further complicated due to ZERO period (which is applicable to all Plot owner's, by default)

I think we continue to pay ON TIME, maintain the payment trail ( only to compare with final tally)

Please throw some light on these issues as many of us are getting the similar confusing calculations.  Also the letter recd from YEIDA in october showing calculation after a zero period etc are also not calculatable. Get these things clarified from YEIDA  as these are common to all.
