Seems authority has came out with portal with new Allottee Login Screen and Registration process. Any one used it? Any experiences to share?

While Registering, it is asking Allotment Letter and few other documents including copy of Allottee signature. Providing Allottee Signature on plain paper, I don't consider it to be safe. Anyone have any thoughts around this ?
