Hi friends,
The price is 14500 per sq yard which comes to nearly 16000 per sqm.
Also there are lots of additional charges like club/lease fees/
maintenace charges and if you include all that it comes to nearly Rs.
18-19000 per sq metre. Additional charges will be for PLC like corner
or park facing.
The project is good but costly and if subscribed well, it will
certainly appreciate the premium.

hmm..good..

its goood for YEA owners..

i think..it its able to sold out its plots in this rate..i.e around
15k......then for YEA...also..it wont be much difficult..to
rise,...till 15k..in rates...
