Greater Noida Flats Draw (BHS12)- Sector- ETA 2, Omnicron etc

Hi Guys,

A draw was conducted on 12-13 July 10 for the GNIDA flats scheme BHS12
for various Sector: ETA 2, Omnicron 1, 2 etc.
Has anyone of you applied in that scheme??
I also got one in Sec ETA 2 (2 BHK).
Wanted to know some expert opinion about this investment.

Hi Amit,

I also applied for the scheme, but somehow website is not showing any
appropiate results. How did you confirmed your result ?? Care to
share??

Hi,

Hello everybody i also got one in the ETA 2 sector.
Last Sunday i visited to the site of the Flats...in the respective
sector.
Locaton site is good. Full fledge Construction work is not yet started
some digging and road work is going on over there. The site is very
near to few well repoted private builders projects like Amarapaali
project which is completed one and ppl are living over there, Assotech
project etc.

If anybody has more information pls tell us and what will be the
future prospects of keeping this property???

Mr. Kapil this already a expensive property.

as you know on same 130 mtr road from Noida there is noida extention u can get a same area in same price before authority and with so many facilities in noida extention.

so don't think about a very good return from this property.

we have already seen in BHS-06 & BHS-07 in 2005 when rate of authority was 5500/SQM authority sale this Builtup house in 18 Lacs they allotee got these Houses now get 20 Lac in Omicron-II after 5 Years of investment.

so such a expencive schemes can fullfill ur living needs in Greater noida but not return of money.
