RERA registration for Residential Plot scheme 2009 for sector 18 & 20

Hello

Is there any RERA registration for the project for residential plot scheme 2009 for sector 18 & 20. If not why there is a RERA registration for other residential scheme like RPS 02/2015 for the plots in sector 22D (RERA reg. No. UPRERAPRJ8756).

i think RERA is for flats only..not for plots
