Latest map of 21000+ plots in Sector 18 & 20

Dear All,

 

Please find attached proposed map of 21000+ plots in Sector 18 & 20. This is the only map that provides details of all 21000+ plots in a single map, providing not only individual plot details but also comparative information, such as distance from Yamuna Expressway, distance from the main roads, distance from other blocks / pockets, distance parks and facilities, etc. Please zoom in to view the details. The more you zoom, lesser the watermark and clearer the details.

 

Kindly note that there have been quite a few relocations of plots in some pockets / blocks, while there has been no changes, whatsoever, in some pockets / blocks. Also note that pockets 1-A, 1-B, 2-B, 7-C and blocks I, J have been completely relocated. While, blocks L, N, P & U have been extensively redesigned. That said, you’ll notice that the majority of plots have retained earlier features, such as direction (North, East, South & West) and location (Corner, Park Facing, Main Road & General Location, etc).

 

Even though this map is very detailed (providing 21000 plots and other details in one map is no easy feat), being a PDF file, this map is only 2 MB in size. You may like to save / store the same on your computer or mobile, for ready reference in future. Also, feel free to share this map with others so that they too are updated with current location of their property. Best to update as many people as possible, for many still have no idea of the changes that took place years ago.

 

Lastly, this map may or may not be final. For any further information or specific detail, please contact the authority directly.

Dear Safalji,
Thanks for providing the map. Safalji the Yamuna administration is playing with the 21000 plot owners. They have not given fisical possession till date. Now they have shifted the entire sector to some other place. We bought the plot at that time after verifying the location of the plot from its proximity from highway and other locations. Now the picture is totally changed. Can't we approach new CM shri Yogiji with our demands and grievances. Since 2009 we are only paying the instalments out of our hard earned money. Nothing has been done in the last 8-9 years. Please put your valuable suggestions if I am wrong.

Plot No. 357 to 357 are wrongally types 2 times. As per my obsrvations , your plot location is on No. 362 of bottom row of 357 to 370, this plot 362 should be 390.

The lower line of plots showing plot numbers as 357 to 370 are misprint, actually these are plot number 385 to 398, and plot number 390 is back of plot number 379 & your plot is south facing

Thanks a lot for making these efforts and keeping us informed.
As you have informed earlier that due to litigation issues, many pockets in sector 18 including pocket 7 (b) has been relocated to better locations much nearer to expressway.
However as per above attched map, pocket 7(b) still seems to be in the same location near parsaul village.
Further i checked on google maps and i could find no development activity in that area.
Kindly bring some light to the issue.
