Zero downtime deploys w/ Foreman + Unicorn + Runit

Hey Everyone,

I've done a walkthrough of how AMA uses Unicorn w/ runit for 0 down time deploys here:

There doesn't seem to be a ton of documentation out there on how it's done w/ runit other than a few gists.

We've been running the above for > 3 months on a few projects and it works great.
