About Chod Practice
The practice of Chod can help participants develop wisdom, eliminate self-grasping and afflictive emotions, which has enormous merit and benefits, clearing obstacles such as made by karmic creditors, and liberating the ancestors and relatives of all generations. Through practicing chod, Rinpoche help offer our physical bodies which we attach and grasp so much to our karmic creditors and subdue all evil obstacles with great compassion. Participating the practice can effectively help purify and even cure karmic diseases, various physical and mental illnesses. At the same time, it brings the benefits of wealth, health and longevity to all living beings.
Paljin Rinpoche has specially asked us to organize this three-day chod Puja. You are welcome to participate and share the benefits of the precious Dharma.

施身法简介
施身法修法能够帮助参加者开展智慧，消除我执烦恼，具无量功德利益，消除冤亲债主等障碍，并超度历代祖先宗亲。主法上师通过修法，把我们执着的身体布施给冤亲债主，以大悲心消尽魔障。修法有效帮助业障病、种种身体疾病、心理病获得净化，乃至痊愈。同时带给众生富足、健康和长寿的利益。

Sonam Zangpo Paljin Rinpoche was born in Nangchen, Qinghai. He is recognized by Jamgon Tai Situ Rinpoche as the reincarnation of Sonam Zangpo Rinpoche. The previous Sonam Zangpo Rinpoche was the Lama of late Kyabje Drubwang Sangye Tenzin Rinpoche, who had spent his life in retreat.
Since young, the present Paljin Rinpoche followed Sangye Tenzin Rinpoche to Kongya Monastery, where he received many precious empowerments, scriptural transmissions and oral instructions. At a later period, Jamgon Tai Situ Rinpoche bestowed him with the Bodhisattva vow and the Three Levels of Ordination. After which, Paljin Rinpoche entered a three-year retreat at Sangye Tenzin Rinpoche's retreat centre, where he practiced with great diligence the Profound Naro Chodruk and the generation and completion stages. Jamgon Kontrul Rinpoche also transmitted him with the Pointing-Out instructions of the Mahamudra.
Before Sangye Tenzin Rinpoche passed into Nirvana, he entrusted Paljin Rinpoche with all his responsibilities. In his own words, " Paljin is my representative and he is of great benefit to Dharma teachings. Thus Chogyur Lingpa's prophecy will be fulfilled along with the wishes of myself ".
巴金仁波切
巴金仁波切出生于青海囊谦，出生时即伴有许多瑞相。尊贵的泰锡度仁波切和桑杰丹增仁波切共同认证巴金为索南桑波仁波切的转世。当雅杰竹旺桑杰丹增仁波切从狱中释放时，巴金的父亲迎请仁波切到他的家里。父亲对仁波切说到，我有五个儿子，您可以带走任何一个。桑杰丹增仁波切非常欢喜地选定年少的巴金，并说这男孩将会帮助公雅寺弘扬佛法。他为巴金传授皈依戒，并为他命名为朋迪旺秋。仁波切把他带回公雅寺，在那里学习仪规，念诵和法器。桑杰丹增仁波切非常欢喜有这样的弟子，传授给他很多灌顶、口传和讲解。
蒋贡康楚仁波切、泰锡度仁波切传给他菩萨戒和出家的三戒律仪。巴金仁波切还从阿地仁波切等多位仁波切处领受密法。随后他进行了三年的闭关，精进修持甚深那诺六法。并从蒋贡康楚仁波切、泰锡度仁波切处领受大手印直指口诀，极大地增长了他对大手印的自然领悟。桑杰丹增仁波切请求泰锡度仁波切认证他的上师索南桑波的转世。泰锡度仁波切回复道索南桑波的转世就是您的侍者巴金，他将会为佛法带来很大的利益。泰锡度仁波切和桑杰丹增仁波切对此达成共识。
2001年，尊贵的桑杰丹增仁波切开始主办不分教派的“世界和平祈愿大法会”；2002年桑杰丹增仁波切圆寂前，把将来祈愿大法会和寺院的一切事务以及所有出家僧众的福利全部交给巴金仁波切负责。依照桑杰丹增仁波切生前的指示，巴金仁波切全权负责寺院内外的一切法务，为早日实现桑杰丹增仁波切的心愿而殚精竭虑，不遗余力。为使佛法长久住世、利益无量的众生，巴金仁波切遵照桑杰丹增仁波切的悲愿，每年举行世界和平大法会，并兴建莲师宫殿、建设公雅寺佛学院、以及改善孤贫小学的办学条件；同时仁波切并应广大弟子的请求，不定期地到东南亚和内地随机接引度化有缘善信。
