I have recited mani mantra for years and attended the group practice of mani for many times. However, why am I yet weak and helpless when I encounter afflictive emotions. My body, speech mind are not free, still having many sufferings and obstacles. Khenpo will teach us the methods of meditation on recitation of mani mantra so as to help upgrade the quality of recitation and the capacity to face afflictions.

The Great Compasionate White Lotus Avalokiteshvara is a terma practice. Lama Achuk Rinpoche of Yachen Monastery is the Dharma holder of this terma. Drogmi Palgyi Yeshe, one of the twenty-five disciples of Guru Rinpoche practised this White Lotus Avalokiteshvara sadhana and attained enlightenment in one lifetime. Guru Rinpoche prophesied that this terma will be revealed in the future and those who have the connection and practise accordingly will reach enlightenment. There will be 100 thousand practitioners attaining rainbow bodies through this practice. 大慈大悲白莲花观音是伏藏法，亚青寺喇嘛阿秋仁波切是该伏藏品的法主。往昔莲花生大师二十五大弟子之一——卓莫华吉益西尊者,修学白莲花观音仪轨获得即生成就。当时莲师授记未来末法时代，此法将被取出，传授给有缘信众，依此修持，将有十万虹光身成就者。”堪布上师将赐予此殊胜白莲花观音灌顶。

Khenpo Choepa Rangdrol
Khenpo Choepa Rangdrol was born at Luhuo, Sichuan Province, China. He made his aspiration of becoming a monk at the age of six or seven. At the age of sixteen, relying on the emanation of Benchen Buma Midra, Khenchen Dawa Osel, Khenpo became ordained. He received three types of precepts and studied extensively the teachings of the Buddha Dharma. Especially, he observed the pure precepts as if they were as important as his own eyes.
At the age of twenty one, he did one-year retreat at Ra Hor Monastery, and compIeted Ngondro practice twice. After his retreat, he followed the advice of Khenpo Kunsang Tenzin and went to other place to further his studies.
At the age of twenty-three, he went to study under Mahasiddha Khenpo Choekyab at Seda Lungdo area. For six years, he completed his study of a good many Dharma texts and commentaries on Sutra and Tantra. In the mean time, he received lots of important empowerments and precious instructions on practice from Choeje Khenchen Jigme Phuntsok at Seda Larong Five-Sciences Buddhist Institute.
From twenty-nine years old onwards, according to the instruction of Khenchen Kunsang Tenzin, Khenpo Choepa Rangdrol conducted the teachings of the Buddha Dharma to the Sangha members at Ra Hor Monastery for four years. One day, he contemplated that there are two kinds of teachings in the Buddha Dharma, one from theory and the other from realization through practice. Although the theory of the Dharma can be propagated as what he was doing, the root of the Dharma relies on the realization of the teachings. Khenpo made an aspiration to propagate the Dharrna of realization in the future.
At the age of thirty-three, Khenpo Choepa Rangdrol went to rely on the Lord of Dzogchen, Mahasiddha Lungtok Gyaltsen Rinpoche (Lama Achuk Rinpoche) at Yachen Monastery. Lama Rinpoche accepted him joyfully and taught him all the pith instructions of Dzogchen of Longsar and Longchen Nyingtik. Khenpo took these instructions into his heart and put them into practice day and night. Lama Rinpoche was pleased with his practice and realization, and often praised him in the assembly of ten thousand Sangha members. Khenpo's practice and realization are recorded in the Secret Biography of Vajradhara Lama Lungtok Gyaltsen Rinpoche.
Since 2005, following the instructions of Lama Rinpoche and Asong Tulku, Khenpo has been giving the teachings and instructions to the residential monks and nuns at Yachen Monastery. He gives more than one hundred Tibetan and Chinese disciples the one to one pith instructions of Dzogchen everyday when he is at Yarchen. Khenpo is also a preceptor who is in a position to conduct the ceremony of giving ordained precepts. He is in charge of all the Chinese practitioners at Yachen. Appointed by Asong Rinpoche, Khenpo also leads all the Chinese practitioners at Yachen in Guru Yoga practice and give instructions during practice.
Khenpo with his low profile and the simple yet direct way of teachings is highly respected by many of Tibetan and Chinese disciples. He has been invited to conduct Dzogchen teachings to the domestic and the overseas, esp to give the practitioners pith instructions according to their actual practice.
秋巴让卓堪布
秋巴让卓堪布出生于四川炉霍，幼年即生起出家之志，16岁依止班钦贝玛密扎的化身，达沃奥瑟堪千出家，得受三种律仪，并广泛学习佛教多种教义。特别是在戒律的护持上，如眼目般没有丝毫违失。
21岁在热哈寺闭关，一年内圆满两套前行修法。之后依照大恩堪布根松丹增的要求去他方依止上师，闻思教理。
23岁依止色达大成就者曲恰堪布六年，学习了显密诸多论典。在此期间，还从色达喇荣五明佛学院，法王如意宝晋美彭措处领受了众多灌顶和殊胜窍诀。
29岁开始，遵照根松丹增大堪布的教示，为热哈寺的道友僧众传讲佛法四年。内心思维佛陀的教法可以如现在这般弘扬，但佛教的根本在于证法，于是发愿将来要在证法上弘扬佛法。根松丹增大堪布欣然应允让他去其他上师处进一步实修。
33岁，拜见依止大圆满怙主、大成就者亚青寺龙多丹碧加参仁波切(喇嘛阿秋仁波切)，得到上师欢喜摄受。喇嘛仁波切传授了宁玛龙萨派和龙钦派的大圆满见、修、行、果的圆满窍诀和正行印证，堪布昼夜精进地依教实证。喇嘛仁波切对堪布的修证很欢喜，时常在万人以上的僧众面前赞叹堪布。堪布上师从修法到证悟的过程，都记载在《金刚持喇嘛龙多加参的密传》中。
2005年起，在金刚持喇嘛仁波切与阿松活佛的咐嘱下，孜孜不倦地进行以法供养度化众生之事业，在亚青寺每天为一百以上的弟子一对一传授共与不共之大圆满窍诀。堪布上师也是亚青寺的传戒上师，并且是管理所有汉族弟子的上师。同时按照阿松上师的要求，为亚青寺汉族僧俗弟子带领上师瑜伽共修和进行实修开示。
堪布上师为人低调，传法严谨直接，深受广大藏汉弟子的爱戴。多年来，应邀不定期地到国内外弘法，接引有缘信士，指导实修弟子。
