to Yeast Infection Info
Because yeast infection has long been a concern among women, it is
common to see different over the counter medications today that are
designed to treat yeast infections. However, since some women tend to
get too embarrassed to discuss these matters to their medical
practitioners, finding home remedies instead is a good option.
Below are some home remedies that are very effective, as far as
treating yeast infections is concerned. What is good about home
remedies is that they are safe, affordable, and easy to administer.
Here are some examples.
Garlic. Garlic has this ingredient that is proven effective to fight
the bad bacteria of yeast infections. This home remedy that you can
easily find in your own kitchen, may make as a good suppository.
Simply take a clove of garlic, wrap it in a cheese cloth, and then
insert it into your vagina. But another effective way is to take it
orally. Since garlic is not that 'tasty', most women do not want to
take this orally. But for some who prefer it, just crush a clove of
garlic and take it with a glass of water.
Apple Cider Vinegar. Or you can also use white vinegar. Vinegar
contains a neutralizing ingredient that can lessen the yeast infecting
your private part. Just douche the vinegar with a portion of water. Do
this twice a day or until the signs of the infection are slowly
loosing. Be sure not to directly douche pure vinegar as this could
cause intense burning.
Treating yeast infections is very easy as long as you know how and
that you have the ingredients at home.
