Happy New Year!!! I have attached the updated progress so you can see where we are before I get too busy to upload it again. If you have any confusions, objections, comments, etc... please feel free to tell me and we will set it right. I still haven't heard any feedbacks from all of you so it would be great if you can do it soon. Your feedbacks will help Donna and I become better EICs for you so we all can enjoy the yearbook together!
Also... we need to have a Yearbook Retreat soon!!!!!!!! so please please suggest best time for you guys so Donna and I can figure out the best time for all of us to attend because I want EVERYONE at the retreat and it is required for you all to show up at the retreat.

Oh I forgot to add some clarifications on the Approval Progress Track chart, you might see some blanks in Michele and Kate's boxes... it is because some of you went ahead and gave the layouts to Charles... I will work out a system with the approval progress team to make sure they clarify if they want more edits or it is approved so we wont have more of that misunderstanding during next semester. I know I did go ahead with some layouts that had to be 100% Approved. Unfortunately the team was busy so I am willing to excuse those but you must finish the layouts that has to be 100% approved or be in external progress at the week we get back since it is technically still first semester. This flexibility wont happen again because we will have another big deadline like this soon and you should learn from what happened. Regardless... I am still proud to see you all working that week... each of you really contributes to the yearbook.... JUST wait 'til you see the proof book and I PROMISE you that you will feel...inspired and proud.
