tmw lunch and yearbook presentation

I have to cancel the yearbook lunch thing because it's really too much – I mean, we need all the time to prepare everything before the yearbook presentation at little theater. The packages will arrive between 10 to 11 30 am and we need to sort them before bringing them to the little theater, post signs, getting laptop hooked up with the projector and make sure slides are all set. Believe me, I know it'll be a lot of work within short amount of time we have left for tomorrow.

We need to drop off the yearbook package at each department before the presentation so that way when other dept like Middle School, Elementary, ECE, etc can go to their classroom and get their yearbook from their teachers after the presentations.

I'm under stress here and trying to get everything ready for tomorrow plus doing the interviews for the new team, paperwork, grading, etc. Everything is happening at very last minute right now.

Again, I'm very sorry.
