Below is a message from the YDG President Jason Cecil.  Many of you were actively involved in races this year from the presidential all the way to local ones.  Here is an opportunity to help out on one more key race so we can send a new Democratic Senator to Washington in January.

Please help out if you can.

Thank you and hope you and yours have a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday.

Fellow State Presidents –

First, I wanted to thank those of you who have contacted myself or YDG ED Tim Cairl to help with our efforts to oust Saxby Shameless from the US Senate.  For those of you who have already had a calling day in your state, I thank you as well.   We still have a few more days left where we can call young voters in the state of GA and remind them to vote for Democrats next Tuesday!

We have a program with YDA to partner on an Activate account, which is an awesome tool.  Starting Saturday, if you can spare 30 minutes to a couple of hours, each caller can make hundreds of calls using our online system. Here's the instructions below!

You go to http://jfk.myactivate.com
Login: yda

password: youthvote

You'll be prompted to enter your phone number, the system will then call you and walk you through how to work everything.
When the user is ready, they just change their user state to "Available" and the script pops up and the system marks them as ready to receive a call.
There's usually a break of anywhere from 10 to 60 seconds between a call.

If you have to get up to use the bathroom or just need a quick break, you change the User State to "on-break" and then back to "Available when you're ready.

If you have any problems, email Tim Cairl at  t...@georgiayds.org.

Please push this message out to your membership.  We appreciate any help that we can get reaching these voters!

Thanks,

Jason Cecil

President, Young Democrats of Georgia
