Pretty Green 'Kirby' Men's Retro 1980s quilted jacket in grey. Classic textured nylon shell with 70s inspired funnel neck collar. This cool Indie outerwear classic features fold away hood concealed using the stylish Pretty Green snap stud details. It's been a rollercoaster 10 months for myself and the team. New team members joining and leaving - going from 2 to 7 to 5 engineers. Creating a new requirement-to-release process that's tailored for our team & product type. Ensuring we have an inclusive remote-first environment in place. That's not to forget the day-to-day of launching our initial product and making it better. As you would expect, there's been a lot of challenges on the way.
Some of the raw feedback included: "Trust and open environment", "Team Trust", "Allowed anyone to question anything", "Adaptability to changing of personnel", "Communication between people", "Sharing knowledge", "Remote working, adapting (considerate towards others)", and much more.
Couple of side notes that I believe reinforces our great working environment: One engineer is working from Ecuador at the moment, 6 hours behind, and yes, he was part of this session as it was scheduled in the afternoon - simple things matter! And ... we didn't need to use the talking-stick! - aka the talking-dog (plush toy) in our retrospective session.
