Five fine young men, and one fine wife, met at Casa de Brendan O'Shea's house on 4/18/2023
Attendees: Michael, Tanner, Jason, Brendan, Justin, Tonya (Brendan's wife)
Brendan volunteered to host last minute, and we should have thanked him, but we did not. He served brats and burgers, potato salad, baked beans, and banana pudding.
Tanner motioned we hold to build cash to pay for Anal Meeting, Justin 2nd, approved.
As May is the usual time for the annual change in elected officials, Tanner motioned the following, Brendan 2nd, approved:
President: Tanner
VP: Sabo
Suckretary Treasurer: Justin
Meeting Adjourned at 8:12pm

Anal meeting was discussed: chimas again? somewhere in rock hill? Rock Hill brew trolley?
Michael motioned we have the Anal meeting on May 27th at Old Town kitchen in Rock Hill, Jason 2nd, approved. Tanner to contact Old Town for the reservation.

Might I remind the Club that we previously approved the same Annual Meeting date of the 3rd Friday in May or so I thought.
May 27th is Memorial Day Weekend and I believe there will be a very low turn out for a holiday weekend, when lots of people have plans for Memorial Day weekend already…
If the club wants to do it the 27th, no problem.

You are right, but the 3rd weekend in May is the weekend of the 19th. I won’t be there for that. Neither will you Justin Clint or John mark.

I know Tanner already emailed OTKC about the 27th but is there any reason we couldn’t move it to that friday, the 26th? Kinda sell it as a kickoff to the Memorial Day weekend? Im available either day, just a thought
