Feb Minutes:

Casa de Propst: Meeting called to order 7:53
Dinner consisted of reasonably sized steaks, unreasonably large taters, multiple types of leafy greens, and live baby chickens.

Attendance: Jamie (Heather), Tonya and her wife Brendan, Sabo, Wilbur, Kalweit

Wilbur proposed taking a loan to payout the 3 withdrawing members, but loans are expressly forbidden by the bylaws. However, we have a solution. We'll start a Non-Club-Organization (NCO) called YBAID, to disburse funds to various club-member-adjacent entities such as:
1) Whiskey Overindulgence for the Advancement of Democracy
2) Sesame Skeet
3) Your Mama's Bitch Ass, LLC
4) BlatantTheft.org, a 501(c)(3) tax exempt entity

Brendan: considering the budget this year doesn't allow for an annual meeting, we pay for ourselves somewhere like Papa Docks

Anal meeting date May 17, passed

Jamie gave Wilbur Japanese whiskey: "hmm, not bad, hold on a second..." then he spoke Japanese.

Adjourned at 8:09pm

After everyone left, Jamie brought out dessert at 8:40pm. Justin was asked to leave by heather after terrorizing the baby chickens.

Total due to them is $4,980.99 (circled below), we are currently short $1,310.88

With 13 members remaining at $60 each, we'll have enough to cash to pay them by the required 90 days after January meeting, which is 4/9/2025.

Jamie gave thanks for exquisitely grilled steaks, juicy baked potatoes with fixin's, preposterous pasta salad, salacious salad, and a hootchie charcootchie spread.

Meeting commenced at 7:50pm

Discussed increasing dues. Kalweit commented $10 doesn't seem worth the pain of changing all the autodrafts.

Kalweit proposed increasing dues by $20 to $60 and food limit set to $20 per person. Sabo second, passed. Since it's a change of the bylaws, all members will have to vote. 25% rejection fails the proposal.

Sabo invited everyone back Friday night for a whiskey tasting and dinner. Japanese whiskey sucks, per Sabo.

December Meeting TBD, perhaps joint meeting at Wilbur's barn on Dec 19th (3rd Thursday). Pending response from Wilbur (absent).

$900 available to invest ($1,400 - $500 = $900), will hold for now.

Members met in Dave Sanders backyard with a well executed meal of steaks, greenbean casserole, stuffing and ice cream sandwiches. A char-cooties plate of meat, cheese and fruit for appetizers.

No money, stock committee is to hold. Passed.

There was no stock report, but we learned that Brendan's dog eats rabbit shit and gets worms. Also, Dave's feral rabbits eat his veggies. But his dog kills them, and Dave hides the bodies from his kids.

November meeting to be at Sabo's house Nov 14.

December TBD, probably at Will's barn.
