Meeting started 8pm

At Tanner's casa, dinner of pork, chicken, fixins, and dessert pies

Sabo, Michael, Oshea, Elledge, Tanner, Propst, Sipe, Dave, Kalweit

Regarding significant others, what happens if divorced?

Discussed bylaws, does not appear to mention gender

Is night of the week in bylaws? (it is)

Oshea motioned to sell down to accomdate new members, Tanner second, passed

Discussed increasing dues to accomodate higher food cost, Dave motioned to raise fees to $45, everyone agreed to raise them but no one agreed to go to Bank of York and change all the autodrafts.

Motion failed.

Kalweit will forward bylaws to group

Tanner designated stock committee: Dave, Oshea, Michael

Day of the month committee: Sipe, Kalweit, Wilbur
