What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a parametrised test
2. Put some non-ASCII Unicode characters (directly or in \u0000 format, for
example ‘‘‘ятспек’’’ )
3. Run the test

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
198 on Win7, Maven 2

Please provide any additional information below.
The test passes if the unicode value is hardcoded in the test method body
as a literal, but throws the exception if it is passed as a parameter from
a @Row annotation.
