Right click bug

Hi!
With the latest builds of yast2-gtk the options shown on right-
clicking a package in the package-view shows on the two options --
Select all and Show Column >. The context items "Install/Remove/
Upgrade" and the Lock options are not shown. However all the options
in the context menu (i.e. Install/Upgrade/Remove, Select All and Show
column >) are shown if one uses the context key from the keyboard.
This looks like a bug, right?

Hi Atri,

Yikes. I must have introduced that one when improving the
support for the menu-key. Fixed now.

In an unrelated note, I also increased the height of the "All
Packages" item to reflect the height of the other group items.
