• 10 to 15 years of software development experience. Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering (MSEE, MSCS, etc.) from a good university college is a must. MBA will be a plus. • 5-8 years of people management experience with at least few years in senior leadership role, delivering commercially successful enterprise class web products, preferably in a SaaS environment; experience in managing through people. At least • 3+ years of experience as an offshore leader for a US based (or equivalent) organization. • 2+ years managing agile software development experience. Scrum Master Certification and other agile certification is a strong plus. Agile software development and management experience including CI/CD and agile project management tools such as Rally, JIRA, Version 1 • Knowledge on Integrations/Java/UI/SOA/Event Architecture skills in addition to the strong people and leadership skills • Sound knowledge of RAD/eclipse development environment for enterprise level products • Demonstrated ability on Web Services, J2EE, JAVA, AJAX, JSF, JSP, Servlets, JavaScript, DHTML, dojo toolkit, Web Frameworks and Cloud platform, Node JS, Angular JS • Experience with development and deployment of large database (Oracle, MS SQL, MongoDB, Cassandra) applications. • Proven track record in delivering optimal business returns by prioritizing projects and managing scope while delighting the customers and managing their expectations • Demonstrated experience in building world class organizations including hiring and developing great people, managing large teams; Excellent people and project management skills
Product Owner (Job Code : Product Owner)
• 7 to 14 years of experience in software product development and product management • 3 to 8 years of experience in requirement analysis & definition, business & systems analysis, solution design (Process Modeling, Use Cases, Logical Data Modeling, UML) • Domain expertise in one or more of the following areas: Payroll, Benefits, Time, Talent, HR • Experience in Agile-Scrum product development methodology • Product management or design experience with a focus on software products and technologies • Knowledgeable across multiple functional areas such as product management, engineering, UI, sales, customer support, finance or marketing • Strong verbal communications, cross-group collaboration skills, analytical, structured and strategic thinking • Great interpersonal skills, cultural awareness, belief in teamwork • Problem Solving skills and ability to swim in ambiguity • High Confidence levels, ability to take ownership & accountability with focus on the end result • Ability to influence without authority by gaining respect of team members
Java Architect (Job Code : Technical Architect)
• Expertise in Java-J2EE application development with good understanding of OOPs concepts. Java 1.5 + preferable. • Proficient in implementation of well-known design and architectural patterns and UML diagrams • Extensive hands on experience in design and development of J2EE Server side programming, MVC frameworks like Struts, Spring • Able to define and handle Non-Functional requirements including Performance analysis, scalability, serviceability, availability, reliability and capacity planning • Very good knowledge of Web Services using JAX-WS, JAXB as well as RESTful Web Services using Jersey, Spring etc. • Good understanding of Web Technologies – JavaScript, Ajax, HTML, CSS. • Experience with Integration frameworks desirable • Strong knowledge of data modeling, relational database, SQL and ORM technology and awareness of NoSQL platforms • Strong aptitude and willingness to learn new technologies if required and apply them in day to day job • Experience in using Build/Release/Continuous Integration tools like Maven/Grunt or Gulp/Git/SVN and Jenkins • Aware of the emerging technologies such as Mobility, Cloud, Big Data, etc.
UX Designer (Job Code : UX / UI Developer)
• 8 to14 years of the following experiences: User Experience Design, Information Architecture (IA), Interaction Design, Visual design or related fields in the design of web and mobile applications. Creation of IA documents such as wireframes, customer journey maps, user stories, personas, high quality visuals and other user-centric documentation • Proven ability in Interaction Design, Visual Design for Enterprise Web/SaaS/Mobile applications • Strong understanding of Interaction and Visual Design principles and the latest standards • Fluent in creating high quality pixel perfect visuals • Familiar with the latest points of view on responsive design and design for cross-platform & mobile devices • Practice in user research techniques and tools, including customer interviews, usability testing, contextual inquiry and un-facilitated techniques • Fluent with software tools for wireframes and interactive prototypes such as Axure, Balsamiq and Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator • Experience working with remote teams and the use of remote tools • Proven conceptual skills, a critical eye for detail, and the ability to translate complex concepts into a clear visual representation • Must be able to provide portfolio of user interface design work and demonstrate track record of bottom line impact resulting from user interface design
SAP ABAP (Job Code : SAP ABAP)
• Rich experience in developing efficient and high quality RICEF ABAP objects • 3 to 6 years of HR ABAP experience along with good Functional Knowledge on SAP HCM • Test Comprehensively including negative test scenarios and deliver efficient & maintenance free solutions • Excellent communication skills, ability to build relationship and work resourcefully with other GV teams • Workload management and multi-tasking and Willing to work in shifts as per business need • Adhere to the processes and proceeds to ensure smooth operations
