We recently released SimaPro 7.3. Customers with a valid service contract have been informed about this. They (and new customers) can now download this new version from our website.
Some customers with a valid contract or not using their latest registration code, which results in a disabled (grey) Check version option in SimaPro. These customers should first register with their latest registration code in SimaPro via Help > Register. Subsequently they can use the function Check for updates which will redirect to our update page. They can download the SimaPro 7.3 software and subsequently the 7.3 update database or the combined 7.2.3 and 7.3 update database (depending on from which version they do the update).
Please also inform customers with a (recently) expired service contract about this new release (you can read more on the new features onhttp://www.pre.nl/news/simapro-7.3-out-now ) and their prolongation options.
